One Dealer Apologizes...Another One Suffers! | CRM Life E108


We didn’t know the grey market could be such an ugly place...but let’s look at the bright side… At least we got our Instagram page back. Oh, and we even got an apologize from Trax, who agreed that the mishap a month ago at Luxury Bazaar was a little too much. Welcome to CRM Life Episode 108. Nah, we don’t do seasons here. I mean, what did you expect? This isn’t Netflix (and neither do we pretend it is). This episode is full of negotiations, emotions, and diamonds. Let’s start by the latter. You know, that shiny little form of carbon men are supposed to spend 3-months of salary to acquire? Natural diamond proponent jokes aside, we just launched our diamond marketplace, where you can have access to over a hundred thousand lab-grown and natural stones at unbelievable prices (see link below). During this episode, we recorded the first sale on the platform, the sale of a 2.55-carat lab diamond for a very special childhood friend, Sergeant Lazaro Perdigon. I can’t believe that our page got banned. This is so freaking CRAZY!! The crazier thing is that we already went through this TWICE around a year ago. Multiple sources suggested that we were the target of an attack by a hateful and jealous dealer. Alles zur Kundenbeziehung wichtige wird hier gesammelt und hilft dabei sich schnell auf den Kunden einzustellen. Aber was bedeutet genau “alles zur Kundenbeziehung wichtige”? Das hängt natürlich wie so oft immer davon ab wen ich frage. Ich glaube hier helfen ein paar Beispiele am Besten weiter. Es beginnt mit dem Gewinn von Neukunden. Ein sogenanntes Lead - also eine Adresse oder ein Kontakt der zu einem neuen Kunden führt - wird schon im CRM angelegt. Quelle eines solchen Leads können z.b. Anzeigen oder Messen, Telefonanrufe, das Internet oder herkömmliche Werbung in verschiedensten Medien sein. Wenn ich bei der Erfassung so eines Lead hinterlege, aus welcher so einer Kampagne es gewonnen wurde, kann ich später zusätzlich erkennen, wie erfolgreich diese Werbeaktion oder Kampagne gewesen ist. Natürlich kann ich zusätzlich zu den Adressdaten auch noch Informationen zur ABC-Klassifizierung, zu Kontakt Methoden, Ansprechpartnern und vielen weiteren Daten hinterlegen. Wiedervorlagetermine und Aufgaben sorgen zusätzlich dafür, dass wir am Ball bleiben. So ein Lead kann also in der Software so ähnlich gehandhabt werden, wie ein bereits bestehender Kunde und dient als eine der wichtigsten Schaltzentralen im Vertrieb. Sowohl den Leads als auch den Kunden können nun allen relevanten Daten - oft auch automatisch hinzugeordnet werden: Ein und ausgehende E-Mails, ein und ausgehende Briefe und Dokumente. ein und ausgehende Telefonate und Kurznotizen von Inhalt und Ergebnis, Aufgaben, welchen zusätzlich eine Mitarbeiter oder eine Abteilung zugeordnet werden kann, Verkaufschancen in denen beschrieben ist was ich genau dem Kunden oder dem Lead verkaufen kann, Ansprechpartner die für entsprechende Themen angesprochen werden können, Termine. Präsentationen, Besuchsberichte, natürlich ERP Vorgänge - wie Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine, Rechnungen usw. beliebige Dokumente aus dem kompletten Dokumenten-Management und Zeichnungen, Skizzen, Notizen, Kommentare und andere anfallenden Dokumente Egal was mit dem Kunden auch passiert und wer es macht, es wird ein entsprechender Eintrag generiert, so dass jeder Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen - entsprechende Berechtigung vorausgesetzt - sehen kann, was bisher passiert ist und was in Zukunft noch passieren wird oder passieren soll. XRM Die Einkäufer wollen übrigens auch oft ein System ähnlich dem CRM. Da das “C” aber für Customer steht, haben sich einige Hersteller um eine weitere Abkürzung bemüht. Es wird XRM verwendet, um ein Relationsmodell nicht nur auf Kunden, sondern auch auf Lieferanten, andere Partner, Mitarbeiter, Vertreter usw. zu benennen.
